SERA’s energy consulting practice is diversified, covering evaluation, measurement, economics and program analysis. SERA’s energy consulting emphasis for the last few years has been focused in several key areas including: non-energy benefits, measure retention, greenhouse gas reductions, program evaluation (including MT and education programs), and forecasting and modeling. Our work is designed to help programs increase their overall energy efficiency goals and cost effectiveness. Skumatz is an experienced economist with over 20 years of experience in energy utility economics. Her staff includes former utility employees, and our energy clients include utilities across the nation. Dr. Skumatz has a national reputation and has been appointed to several widely recognized task forces and advisory committees in energy. She has been in business since 1990, and is a certified WBE.
